Rockland — The Rockland Police Department reported the following recent activity:
On Nov. 3 at 9:40 a.m., Melissa Philibert, 45, of Owls Head was trying to park her 2006 gray and silver Pontiac in a parking space at Dunkin’ Donuts near Main and North Main streets. She pressed the gas pedal instead of the brake pedal and drove into the exterior wall of the doughnut shop.
Manager Peter J. Fletcher, 50, was sitting inside the restaurant and was knocked from his chair to the floor on impact.
Rockland Emergency Medical Services transported Fletcher to Pen Bay Medical Center where he was treated and released.
Neither Philibert nor Jake R. Philibert, 20, a passenger in the car, was injured, according to the police report.
Officer Scott C. Solorzano responded to the call.
Zachary Titus, 27, of Rockland, was arrested from 10 Cottage St. and had been released on bail conditions not to return to his property without police. He went back to his apartment and was arrested on a bail violation. He was also charged with disorderly conduct. He appeared in Sixth District Court in Rockland, Nov. 5.
Kenneth Spear, 23, of Cushing, was issued a summons for speeding 45 mph in a 30 mph zone and operating after suspension.
A summons was issued to Charles Kinsela, 28, of Belgrade for failure to provide insurance.
Robert Kelley, 46, of Rockland, was arrested for a probation violation.
Joseph Roy, 25, no address given, was issued a summons for breaking the door to an upstairs apartment.
