Rockland — An arrest or summons does not constitute a finding of guilt. An individual charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at criminal proceedings.

Rockland police responded to the following calls from Oct. 28 through Oct. 31.

Oct. 28

Officer James Jillson responded to an animal welfare complaint on Broadway.

Officer Joseph Bates responded to a fraud complaint on Crescent Street.

Sgt. Don Finnegan responded to a hit-and-run car crash on School Street. There were no injuries.

Officer Bates responded to an animal welfare complaint on Clayton Lane.

Officer Jillson responded to a theft complaint on Broadway Place.

Officer Jillson responded to an animal problem on Park Street.

Officer Andrew Redden responded to a juvenile problem on Park Street near Walnut Street.

Officer Redden responded to a trespassing complaint on Union Street.

Officer John Bagley responded to a theft complaint on Camden Street.

Officer Bagley responded to a threatening complaint.

Officer Bagley responded to a trespassing complaint at the Rockland Recreation Center.

Officer Scott Solorzano responded to an assault on Summer Street.

Officer Solorzano responded to a drug complaint on Summer Street.

Officer Redden responded to a domestic complaint on Olympic Avenue.

Evan Auspland, 25, of Rockland was given a ticket for unnecessary brake/acceleration noise.

Oct. 29

Officer Redden responded to a nuisance complaint on Pleasant Street.

Officer Jillson responded to a threatening complaint at Rockland District High School at 8:30 a.m.

Officer William Smith responded to a criminal mischief complaint.

Officer Smith responded to a drug complaint near the high school.

Officer Redden responded to a car crash on Holmes Street. There were no injuries.

Duane Makie, 26, of Rockland was arrested on a warrant.

Devon Shay, 19, of Rockland was issued a ticket for operating after suspension.

Oct. 30

Officer Joel Neal responded to a disorderly complaint on Main Street.

Officer Neal responded to a drug complaint at South Main and Pleasant streets.

Officer Smith responded to an animal problem on Pleasant Street.

Officer Smith responded to a car crash on North Main Street. There were no injuries.

Officer Smith responded to an all-terrain vehicle problem at the skate park at RDHS.

Officer Redden responded to a threatening complaint on upper Pleasant Street.

Officer Redden responded to a disorderly complaint on Maverick Street.

Officer Redden responded to an assault complaint on Admontem Avenue.

Officer Redden responded to a car/deer crash on Route 17 by the Rockland Golf Club.

Detective Sgt. Chris Young responded to a protection from abuse violation on Cedar Street. Thomas Yattaw, 41, of Owls Head was arrested for violation of a protection from abuse order.

Officer Scott Solorzano responded to a disorderly complaint at the Trade Winds. Philip Howlett, 23, of Thomaston was arrested for disorderly conduct.

Robert Rankin, 20, of Rockland was arrested on two warrants for failing to pay fines.

Marcek Gagnon, 44, of Randolph was arrested for operating under the influence.

Oct. 31

Sgt. Matthew Lindahl responded to a disorderly complaint at the Time Out Pub.

Officer Redden responded to a disorderly complaint at the Trade Winds lot.

Officer Redden responded to a nuisance complaint on Grove Street.

Officer Solorzano responded to a nuisance complaint on Grove Street.

Officer Daniels responded to a citizens dispute on Fulton Street.

Sgt. Kenneth Smith responded to a car crash on Route 17 and Old County Road. There were no injuries.

Officer Daniels responded to a theft complaint.

Officer Daniels responded to a criminal mischief complaint.

Officer Daniels responded to a threatening complaint on Broadway.

Officer Daniels responded to an assault complaint.

Justin Luszczki, 26, of Rockland was arrested on a probation hold.

Jesse Breda, 26, of Hope was arrested for operating under the influence.
