Rockland — Rockland police arrested or cited the following individuals between Jan. 17 and Jan. 31:
Officer Jacob Labo arrested Thomas McKay, 26, of Rockland, for disorderly conduct.
Sgt. Don Finnegan arrested Zachary Barnes, 25, of Cushing, for a probation violation.
Labo arrested Ashley Benner, 33, of Warren, for a probation violation and charged her with falsifying physical evidence.
Officer Andrew Redden arrested Troy Woodman, 34, of Warren, for operating under the influence, violating conditions of release and possession of scheduled drugs.
Officer Alex Gaylor cited Christiana Payor, 19, of Warren, for violation of a learner's permit.
Gaylor cited Raymond Chang, 30, of Union, for speeding.
Officer Scott Solorzano arrested Justin Wells, 36, of Friendship, on a warrant.
Solorzano arrested Joshua Weaver, 31, of Thomaston, for criminal trespass and violation of conditions of release.
Sgt. Kenneth Smith cited Todd Knowlton, 33, of Thomaston, for speeding.
Redden and Gaylor arrested Raul Cantu, 38, of Robstown, Texas, for domestic violence assault and violating conditions of release.
Gaylor arrested Leana Hendrickson, 28, of Waldoboro, for violating conditions of release.
Gaylor cited Alexandria Hews, 18, of South Thomaston, for operating while passenger has an open alcohol container.
Gaylor charged Courtney Wilson, 36, of Rockland, with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration.
Finnegan arrested Sophia Fuller, 70, of Belfast, for criminal trespass.
Solorzano arrested Christopher Billings, 27, of Rockland, on a warrant.
Gaylor arrested Joshua Weaver, 31, of Thomaston, for aggravated furnishing of scheduled drugs and violating conditions of release.
Gaylor cited Tyler Smith-Campbell, 23, of South Thomaston, for operating a motor vehicle with an open alcohol container.
Gaylor arrested Deborah Barnes, 56, of Newcastle, for operating under the influence and violating conditions of release.
Redden arrested Tiffany Burch-Scavetta, 23, of Rockland, for domestic violence assault and obstructing report of a crime.
Smith cited Dakota Fulton, 19, of Rockland, for failing to stop at a stop sign and failing to notify BMV of address change.
Gaylor cited Kristin Leavitt, 32, of Rockland, for failing to secure child in car seat.
Solorzano charged Andrew Pratt, 39, of Rockland, with burglary, possession of burglary tools, carrying a concealed weapon and refusing to submit to arrest.
