Rockland — The Rockland Police Department responded to the following activity April 16-28:

April 16

Bill McNeil, 45, of Rockland was arrested for violating condition of release.

James Hannibal, 49, of Rockland was arrested on two warrants for unpaid fines and fees.

Paul Street, 51, of Rockland was arrested for violating conditions of release.

April 18

Robert Rein, 55, of Rockland was arrested on two warrants for failing to to pay fine.

Dean Dyer, 36, of Rockland was arrested for operating after revocation, one prior.

Jermaine A. Davis, 38, of Rockland was arrested for operating under the influence and for a probation violation.

Eliza Rainville, 20, of West Rockport was charged with illegal transportation of alcohol by a minor.

April 19

Jessica K. Pearl, 28, of Houlton was arrested for operating under the influence.

April 20

Edwin Jacobs, 45, of Mass. was arrested for operating under the influence.

Ryan J. Hayward, 22, of Rockand was arrested for aggravated assault.

April 21

Andrew Parker, 36, of Rockland was cited for trespassing and harassment and arrested for disorderly conduct.

April 22

Brianna Bernardo, 19, of Deer Isle was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear out of Cumberland County.

April 22

Ashley Rolfe, also known as Ashley Colson, 24, of Rockland  was arrested on a warrant.

April 24

Jason Merrill, 27, of Rockland was arrested on four warrants out of Knox County for unpaid fines and fees.

Shelby M. Tolman, 26, of Appleton was arrested on a warrant.

Jessica Byrn, 25, of Rumford was arrested on a warrant for criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon and charged with unlawful possession of a morphine.

April 25

Kimberly Heyer, 34, of Owls Head was arrested for theft, priors and violating conditions of release.

April 26

Stephen Oakes, 23, a transient, was arrested on a warrant for unpaid fines and fees.

Vanessa Frisbee, 26, of Rockland was arrested for trespassing.

An arrest or summons does not constitute a finding of guilt. An individual charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at criminal proceedings.
