Rockland — The Rockland Police Department responded to the following incidents March 13-23:

An arrest or summons does not constitute a finding of guilt. An individual charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at criminal proceedings.

March 13

Brandon Klein, 30, of Washington was summoned for operating an unregistered vehicle.

March 14

Henry Peters, 50, of Rockland was arrested on a warrant for failure to pay fines.

March 15

Zachary Marriner, 31, of Thomaston was arrested for operating under the influence.

March 17

Gregory Dove, 54, of Rockland was arrested for disorderly conduct and refusing to submit to arrest.

March 20

David Heft, 62, of Rockland was arrested on a violating condition of release warrant.

Alden Hupper, 29, of South Thomaston was arrested for operating under the influence, attaching false plates and possession of drugs.

Crystal Small, 37, of Rockland was arrested for possession of cocaine and for violating conditions of release.

March 22

Kayla Parent, 28, of Hope, was arrested for operating under the influence and summoned for failing to stop before turning right on red.

Craig Davis, 50, of Rockland was arrested for operating under the influence.

Jacob Ortiz, 19, of Rockland, was summoned for illegal transportation of alcohol by a minor, and operating after suspension.

Robert G. Johnson, 54, of Thomaston was arrested on a warrant.

March 23

Paul Estes, 24, of St. George was arrested for disorderly conduct.

March 24

Jennifer Libby-Carballo, 26, of Waldoboro was arrested on a warrant for failure to pay fines.
