Rockland — The Rockland Police Department responded to the following activity Nov. 27 to Dec. 3:

Nov. 27

Kassie Robbins, 26, of Rockland was summoned for theft by unauthorized taking after she admitted to stealing two items from Radioshack. The items were returned to the store. Robbins also admitted to taking earphones from GameStop. The earphones were returned to the store.

Nov. 28

Maynard Hardison, 25, of Lincolnville was arrested on five warrants for unpaid fines and fees.

Lance Chipman, 26, of Rockland was arrested for operating under the influence.

Melissa Hearth, 45, of Walpole was arrested for operating under the influence.

Chad Walters, 20, of Thomaston was summoned for driving to endanger.

Nov. 30

Robert J. DiNapoli, 47, of Thomaston was arrested for operating under the influence.

Jennifer Ward-DiNapoli, 43, of Thomaston was arrested for disorderly conduct.

Coby Boutot, 21, of Rockland was arrested for disorderly conduct.

Alex Pedroza, 20, of Portland, was summoned for operating without a license.

Dec. 1

Nicholas A. Hatch, 24 of Waldoboro was arrested for violation of conditions of release.

Melody Waldron, 50, of Rockland was arrested for operating under the influence.

Dec. 3

Tyler R. Peavey, 26, of Bowdoinham, was summoned for imprudent speed, 50 mph in a 25 mph zone.

An arrest or summons does not constitute a finding of guilt. An individual charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at some later criminal proceeding.
