Rockland man held on bail in domestic terrorizing episode
Rockland — A 28-year-old Rockland man remains in Knox County Jail after vandalizing an apartment and threatening the woman who lives there, according to police.
Albert F. Fogg appeared in Knox County District Court Sept. 24 on charges of domestic violence/reckless conduct and criminal mischief for a Sept. 22 incident.
Two Rockland police officers responded to a call from the victim and said that Fogg had come home intoxicated and threw a liquor bottle at her during an argument, which broke, according to an affidavit filed in Knox County courts.
Fogg also smashed her television set, the report stated.
On Sept. 24, the judge set bail at $1,000 cash. Fogg has two prior convictions for terrorizing.
