Local Thomaston resident, Charlotte Mills, and long time Rockland Emblem Club member, heads to Savannah, Ga, where she will be installed as President of the Supreme Emblem Club. Charlotte's many years of service and her tireless dedication to the Rockand Emblem Club has brought her to this deserving position. In the upcoming months Charlotte will be traveling across the United States visiting various Emblem Clubs. The Rockland club is very proud and honored to have her as a member and long time friend. Charlotte's Mother, Daughter and Granddaughters are also long time members of the Rockland Emblem Club. We wish her well and safe travels as she embarks on the journey of her lifetime.
