Rockland — The following cases were closed in 6th District Court in Rockland from July 9 to July 13.

Anthony Baker, 21, Waldoboro, two counts of criminal mischief, seven days in Knox County Jail on each count; also, one count of terrorizing, seven days in Knox County Jail; and violating conditions of release, seven days in Knox County Jail.

Travis S. Batty, 28, Rockland, operating while license suspended or revoked, $500 fine.

Michelle A. Borodawka, 35, Jefferson, operating while license suspended or revoked, one prior, $500 fine, 48 hours in Knox County Jail.

Mark A. Brackett, 47, Owls Head, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, Knox County Jail, 180 days, all but seven days suspended, probation one year; falsifying physical evidence, Knox County Jail, seven days; possession of marijuana up to 1.25 ounces, fined $500.

Timothy L. Brewer, 54, Nobleboro, disorderly conduct, fighting, fined $250.

Casey T. Brown, 27, Rangeley, violating condition of release, 48 hours in Knox County Jail; sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $500 fine; possession of marijuana up to 1.25 ounces, $350 fine.

Joshua Paul Carle, 34, Rockport, keeping dangerous dog, $100 fine.

Brad D. Champluvier, 24, operating vehicle without a license, $150 fine.

David R. Chisholm, 58, Rockland, operating vehicle without a license, $150 fine.

Charles M. Clarke, 33, Warwick, R.I., operating vehicle without a license, $150 fine.

Michael R. Cushman, 37, Port Clyde, elver harvesting during closed season, $500; elver fishing by resident one device without a license, $232 fine.

Shayne Elwell, 25, Rockport, elver fishing by resident one device without license, $2,000 fine; violation of eel requirements, Chapter 32, $150 fine.

Brian D. Fitzgerald, 54, Rockland, operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.

Karen L. Grover, 55, Rockland, operating under the influence, $500 fine, 48 hours in Knox County Jail, license suspended 90 days.

Frederick F. Hannan, 27, Rockland, operating all-terrain vehicle on public way, $100 fine; operating unregistered ATV, $100 fine.

Lyndon Harrington, 38, Friendship, elver fishing by resident one device without a license, $232 fine.

Aaron Herrick, 21, Belfast, disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $250 fine.

Carle Renata Lahner, 40, Rockport, allowing dog to be at large, $50 fine.

Nicole L. Lesnyk, 22, Warren, operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.

David Lyman, 72, Rockport, operate/permit operation of unregistered motorboat, $100 fine.

Michelle M. Marshall, 41, Rockland, driving to endanger, $750 fine and license suspended 30 days.

John W. Matson Jr., 62, Rockport, failure to comply with sex offender registration act, first offense, 30 days in Knox County Jail.

Eric M. Meklin, 29, Cushing, operating under the influence, one prior, $700 fine, 30 days in Knox County Jail, and license suspended three years; violating condition of release, seven days in Knox County Jail; OUI, one prior, $700 fine, 180 days in Knox County Jail with all but 30 days suspended, probation one year, license suspended three years.

Jessi M. Piper, 31, Rockland, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 24 hours in Knox County Jail, $10 restitution.

Danielle Reed, 34, Friendship, elver fishing by resident one device without license, $232 fine.

James Robertson, 22, Lewiston, theft of services, 60 days in Knox County Jail and $181.87 restitution.

Colleen M. Sawyer, 47, Waldoboro, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $150 fine.

Kristen M. Staples, 27, Tenants Harbor, OUI, $500 fine, 30 days in Knox County Jail and license suspended 90 days; violating condition of release, seven days in Knox County Jail; failing to notify of motor vehicle accident, seven days in Knox County Jail; OUI, $500 fine, 30 days in Knox County Jail, and license suspended 90 days; failing to make oral or written accident report, seven days in Knox County Jail.

Kelsie J. Thompson, 19, Port Clyde, attaching false plates, $150 fine.

Andrew J. Willis, 18, St. George, possession of marijuana up to 1.25 ounces, $150 fine; sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.
