Rockland District Court, June 4-8

Rockland — The following cases were closed in 6th District Court in Rockland between June 4 and 8:

Alan A. Adams, 43, of North Haven was found guilty of criminal trespass on Oct. 4 in North Haven and was sentenced to 21 days in Knox County Jail; disorderly conduct offensive words and gestures in North Haven, 21 days in jail; domestic violence and stalking on Oct. 23 in North Haven, 21 days in jail; six counts of violating conditions of release, 21 days on each count; refusing to submit to arrest or detention, using physical force, 21 days; and criminal mischief, 21 days.

John Auclair, 26, of Plymouth was found guilty of operating while his license was suspended and was fined $1,000.

Leland J. Beal, 39, of Rockland was found guilty of operating under the influence of intoxicants and was fined $500.

Travis E. Cline, 31, of Tenants Harbor was found guilty of OUI with one prior, fined $700, given 12 days in the Sagadahoc County Jail, which was stayed until Sept. 28, and his license was suspended for three years.

William J. Grondin, 30, of Skowhegan was found guilty of operating a motor vehicle without a license and was fined $150.

Henry E. Hustus III, 28, of Rockland was found guilty of disorderly conduct and was fined $500.

Gilbert F. Lane, 59, of Warren was found guilty of possession of up to 1.25 ounces of marijuana and was fined $350.

Donna Libbey, 63, of Warren was found guilty of possession of up to 1.25 ounces of marijuana and was fined $350.

Lawrence M. Sanborn, 33, of Vinalhaven was fined $700 for OUI with a prior and sentenced to 180 days in Knox County Jail, with all but 15 days suspended. The sentence was stayed until June 23, he received one year of probation, and his license was suspended for three years. He also was found guilty of operating without a license and was given 48 hours in jail.

Jesse M. Sawyer, 28, of Cushing was found guilty of assault and was fined $300; of criminal mischief, $250 fine and ordered to pay $50 restitution.

Anna Sideris, 28, of San Diego, Calif., was fined $750 and her license was suspended for 90 days for OUI.

Edward Thorbjornson, 52, of Tenants Harbor was found guilty of violating condition of release and was given 48 hours in Knox County Jail.

Blake Trenholm, 24, of Thomaston was found guilty of failure to register a vehicle and was fined $150.

Justin M. Wells, 32, of Friendship was found guilty of disorderly conduct and was fined $250.
