Registration for the University of Maine System Spring 2013 Semester starts in November at University College at Rockland. Registration dates vary by campus, with most open registration beginning in mid-month. Spring Semester classes begin in January.

University College at Rockland will offer courses taught on-site at the center as well as courses delivered via interactive television and videoconference. Students also can choose from hundreds of online campus courses. Students may earn full university degrees from start to finish at University College at Rockland.

Deborah Meehan, Director of University College at Rockland, encourages returning students to choose their courses and register as soon as possible. “It’s a good idea to register for courses well in advance of the upcoming semester,” ­­­Meehan said. “Required courses tend to fill quickly. Right now there is no money due at the time of registration so it's a good way to save a seat in a class."

New students are encouraged to meet with an advisor before registering for classes.
