10:00 AM - 4:00 PM

When we read gospel narratives, we are going back in time through layer upon layer of interpretation and two thousand years of Christian orthodoxy. Simply, we read them as teachings about the ways Christians should live. The course will be a humble attempt to get behind the layers to what the religious genius, Jesus, as an enlightened human being was addressing to the issues involved in being a human being. Run by Paul Huss, a pastoral counselor and Jungian analyst with a private practice in Brunswick. Snow date Feb. 16. First Universalist Church, 345 Broadway, Rockland. FMI and costs: 594-8750, mail@uurockland.org.
