Pen Bay Medical Center - Notice About Destruction of 2005 X-Ray Materials

As of Monday, January 1, 2013, Pen Bay Medical Center will be destroying X-ray films taken during 2005.

Anyone with questions should call 596-8504.

This notice is distributed in accordance with Maine law 10-144 CMR Chapter 164.
