Online Poll: Should Maine change time zones?

May 04, 2017

This week we are asking:

"Do you support changing the time zone in Maine to Atlantic Standard Time?"

A bill to change the time zone to move Maine an hour ahead of most of the rest of the East Coast has passed in the House and will become law if Massachusetts and New Hampshire also adopt it. The change would do away with Daylight Saving Time clock changes each year. What do you think?

See attached chart showing how most respondents last week felt that Sen. Susan Collins should hold a town hall meeting in the Midcoast.
