The meeting will focus almost entirely on campaign activities going on at the Headquarters in Rockland, on which many members and volunteers around the county have been working.

At 6 p.m. there will be the usual potluck supper and open discussion for any who will bring a salad, side dish or beverage to share.  A microwave is available.

The business meeting will begin at 7.  After financial reports and news from the Coordinated Campaign at the state level and updates on local campaigns and outreach events, the remaining time will be spent on continued organizing of volunteers for sign placement, phoning, canvassing, mailings etc.  The meeting will adjourn early, and those who wish to do so may remain and phone bank until 8:30 p.m.  Cell phones will be available.

The Stella Maris has onsite parking and is accessible to the handicapped.
