No injury as car crashes through garage

Camden — The driver of a Mercedes convertible was not injured July 14 when he crashed the vehicle through the garage at 2 Cedar St, according to fire officials.

Fire Chief Chris Farley said the male driver got his foot stuck among the pedals and accelerated through the rear of the structure.

The driver, who was alone in the vehicle at the time of the crash, declined to be taken to the hospital. The crash happened just after 11:15 a.m.

Along with Camden Fire Department, North East Mobile Health Services responded.
