Mobility experts at next multiple sclerosis meeting

Sep 21, 2012

Rockland — Representatives from Ride-Away will address the Keep S’myelin group at its Oct. 4 meeting. Ride-Away is a company that provides a full selection of mobility products, wheelchair accessible vans, and services for the disabled community.

Because meeting accessibility challenges is so important toward maintaining an independent lifestyle, the firm’s presentation promises to make this meeting particularly informative. Additionally, during the meeting, an actual accessible van will be parked in the Kno-Wal-Lin parking lot for the group’s closer inspection. Ride-Away recognizes that each individual customer’s needs are unique and they take pride in meeting those needs using their expertise and innovative problem solving.

Keep S’myelin, an awareness group for those with multiple sclerosis, their families, caregivers, and friends meets at Kno-Wal-Lin Home Care and Hospice at 170 Pleasant St. on the first Thursday of every month at 11:30 a.m. They are affiliated with the Greater New England Chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.
