Midcoast Magnet event celebrates upcoming Juice 4.0 Conference
Rockland — Midcoast Magnet will hold its next Munchies + Mingling event Thursday, March 27 at Asymmetrick Arts in Rockland.
The event will serve as an opportunity for the public to network and hear more about the Juice 4.0 conference that will be held in Rockland this November.
Juice 4.0 will take place Nov. 13-15 at the Strand Theatre and with workshops and events in various locations around Rockland. The statewide conference, a production of Midcoast Magnet, attracts leaders, policy makers, entrepreneurs, artists and innovators to the Midcoast to connect, collaborate, and create opportunities for economic development. The conference is expected to attract 400 people from Maine and beyond to attend the conference and associated events such as an opening night arts showcase and Pecha Kucha.
This November will be the first time the conference has been held in Rockland.
“Our organizing committee is excited to showcase another great Midcoast location to our audience. Just as participants enjoyed the Camden experience for the first three Juice conferences, we feel participants will enjoy the opportunity to spend time around Rockland and see the great amenities and businesses it has to offer,” said Amanda Austin, Board President of Midcoast Magnet. At the upcoming Munchies + Mingling event, organizers will provide more information about the event and how the community can be involved.
Munchies + Mingling is a free, monthly open networking event hosted by Midcoast Magnet. The event series was created to celebrate the Midcoast’s array of culinary and creative businesses and give attendees a chance to meet and connect in a relaxed atmosphere.
