Midcoast lens: Seniors Lighthouse Cruise

Photo by: Gene Ernest Thomaston and St. George recreation directors put together the May 29 lighthouse cruise aboard the Laura B. for their town’s seniors, and St. George Rec Director Ben Vail took part. Coffee, tea and home baked cookies, brownies and other snacks were provided.

St. George — On May 29, thanks to the St. George and Thomaston recreation directors (Ben Vail and Misty Start), seniors of both towns were invited on the Laura B. for an afternoon lighthouse cruise to Two Bush, Whitehead, South Island and Marshall Point lighthouses.
