Rockland — Administration and staff members at Oceanside High School East took on the ever-popular ALS Ice Bucket Challenge Aug. 20.

Front from left, Athletic Director Molly Bishop, secretary Debbie McKenney and guidance administrative assistant Sue Snow were doused with buckets of ice and water in front of the school building.

Doing the honors were, back from left, IT director Bruce Johnson, Principal Renee Thompson, and Assistant Principal Jesse Bartke.

The group took the challenge in honor of longtime Rockland District High School gifted and talented teacher Ray Kelly, who died from the disease.
