Medomak River Community Market kicks off fourth season

Medomak River Community Market has opened for its fourth season.

Medomak River Community Market — a nonprofit arts and crafts cooperative located in Waldoboro Village — kicks off its fourth season.

They will be open Tuesdays to Fridays, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Saturdays noon to 4 p.m.

New members include:

And Candy Too! of Boothbay will be bringing a sampling of their extensive line of small batch, handcrafted treats to the market. Customers may find: peanut butter cups, needhams, peppermint patties, non-pareils, English toffee, and more. Stop in and take a chance at winning a basket of candy. Drawing to be held April 19.

Mainely Made Designs of Damariscotta will provide a variety of unique handmade items such as their picture frames made from lobster trap runners, suet feeders made from recycled lobster traps, and ring toss games for young and old alike.

Basket makers Weaving the Joy hand make beautiful woven baskets for all occasions. Pack baskets to carry goods around at a farmers markets, or berry baskets for collecting yummy Maine berries, magazine swing arm baskets and many more, including custom orders.
