Man faces charges of drug trafficking and failure to notify state of relocation

Rockland — Robert S. Young, 46, of Cushing was indicted Oct. 10 in Knox County Superior Court for two counts of aggravated trafficking in scheduled drugs within 1,000 feet of a school property, according to the indictment.
