Make gifts for Wildlife Program
Rockland — Families and friends are invited to make some holiday food gifts for wildlife at the Maine Coastal Islands National Wildlife Refuge Visitor Center Saturday, Dec. 14, from 1 to 3 p.m.
Make a food ornament for wildlife, listen to a special wildlife holiday story, shop for a unique gift in the nature shop, and warm up with a cup of hot chocolate, coffee or tea. The Maine Coastal Islands National Wildlife Refuge Visitor Center is located in the southend of Rockland and is housed in the old Captain Snow house, the large white building just behind Triangle Park where Water Street and Route 73 meet.
