Maine's free eBook library workshop

Washington — Gibbs Library is offering a workshop to teach people how to use the Maine Infornet Downloadable Library. The library has free eBooks and audio books that can be downloaded to iPads, Kindles, iPods, Nooks, etc.

The workshop will be held Tuesday, Nov. 13 at 6:30 p.m. at the library.

The workshop will cover the steps to login to the Maine system, browse for books and then download to a personal device. A Gibbs Library card is needed to login into the Downloadable Library. OverDrive software that is used for audiobooks will also be reviewed.
