I raised my children in Arlington, VA and during that time we visited the cemetery fairly frequently as it was no more than a mile from our house.  At the time we didn't know the story of the Christmas wreaths.  My elder son lives in Arlington again and the cemetery was a natural destination for a Christmas Day walk.  After he posted some photos on Facebook I told him the about the source of the wreaths.  He said he had been wondering.  Here is a photo.
