Live birds at Warren library
Warren — A special live bird program will be held Saturday, Nov. 2, at 10 a.m. at Warren Free Public Library.
Wind Over Wings will present the smallest owl in Maine, the Saw-whet Owl, as well as the largest, the Great Horned Owl. A falcon, called an American Kestrel, and a raven named Zachariah, will also visit. Each bird is an individual and each has a story.
Wind Over Wings is a nonprofit educational service featuring magnificent birds unable to survive in the wild. Programs are humorous and inspirational. This is a free program for all ages at the Warren Free Public Library on Main Street in downtown Warren. For more information, call the library at 273-2900.
