Lincolnville Center indoor flea market June 21

Lincolnville — The Lincolnville Center Indoor Flea Market will be held Saturday, June 21, in the Community Building located Route 173, at 18 Searsmont Road in Lincolnville Center, next to the United Christian Church. Doors will open at 8 a.m. The market runs to noon.

Many vendors are returning for the second season including Kathy Zvanovec offering an eclectic selection of antiques, Jack Kennedy with antiques and collectibles, and Carolyn Bennett has mantel clocks, a '50s dollhouse, and an old crank sewing machine for sale. The non-profit business, Aina Moja, will be offering Kemyan artware the sale of which benefits schools and medical facilities in Kenya. Not to be missed is the ever-popular Donut Lady who will be offering homemade doughnuts, baked goods, and fudge. Several new vendors have signed up for the season including Richard Lenfest selling maple syrup and homemade pies, Nacy Tufo, the Button Lady, selling antiques and buttons, and Bay Leaf Gift Shop will offer handmade jewelry and fused glass dishes. Also participating are John and Sandy Spinney of Half Moon Farm selling chutneys and hand-carved wooden utensils.

The Lincolnville Center Indoor Flea Market is held on the third Saturday of each month through October. For information or to rent a table contact Mary Schulien, at 785-3521. Proceeds from table rentals benefit the upkeep of the Community Building. This event is sponsored by the United Christian Church.
