I personally believe, that all of life’s challenges have the opportunity to become defining moments on our journey. In 2015 I was faced with a number of challenges that have fueled my path in regards to health, wellness and a personal training career. Two of the toughest challenges, this particular year, was losing my Dad and best friend to cancer, 3 weeks apart from each other. These two events set in motion my mission to inspire others to change their lives through physical fitness and nutrition. Health and well-being are the foundation of everything we do. The key is to find tracks to run on, to understand the balance between fueling your body vs dieting, to have fun along the way and to create a fitness journey that becomes a way of life. I have always been incredibly passionate about creating a personal lifestyle to stay fit, feel good and yet find the balance of enjoying the journey. As a personal trainer I’m committed to helping others unlock their fitness potential.
