Leaky Boot plays Sail, Power and Steam
Rockland — The Sail, Power and Steam Museum at Sharp’s Point South will host Belfast’s Leaky Boot Jug Band Friday, Oct. 25, at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $12; calling 701-7627 early is recommended for best seats.
This group of Waldo County rabble rousers covers acoustic material ranging from traditional blues to the Grateful Dead, with some bluegrass tossed in for good measure. The band includes Neal Parent on harmonica; Travis Lloyd on bass and guitar; Jon Kerr, banjo; Tom Fowler, mandolin; Dan Miller, hand drums; and Russ Lloyd, guitar and bass, with James Bryant on the jug.
“Everyone contributes vocals and noises as necessary,” said Russ Lloyd.
