Lawn Concerts Continue w/Anah Highlanders Wednesday @ RMC

The unmistakable sounds of bagpipes and drums will resonate throughout Simonton's Corner this Wednesday beginning at 6pm when the Anah Shrine Temple Highlanders play.

The Anah Highlanders are a well known pipe and drum band made up of Shrine members throughout Maine and hail from the Bangor Shrine Temple.

The concert is a rain or shine event, held outdoors and is free to the public and is held on the lawn of the Rockport Masonic Center. (Pass the hat donations are taken to support the Shriner's Burn Hospital in Mass.)

Burger plates and hot dog plates are available for purchase. Everyone is asked to bring a chair or blanket to enjoy this free concert. Tell your friends and family, plenty of room for the kids to run around as well. Come out and enjoy the evning and music.

The Masonic center is located at 361 Main St., right up the road from the Simonton Corner 4-way stop signs. FMI please call Jeff @691-2270.
