Rockland — The following cases were closed in Knox County Superior Court April 19-26:

David A. Achorn, 52, of Rockland, gross sexual assault, dismissed.

Dana R. Benner, 52, of South Thomaston, arson, five months in prison, three years probation, $197,000 restitution.

Katherine E. Bentley, 22, of Thomaston, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, seven days in jail, probation one year; unlawful furnishing of scheduled drug, dismissed.

Matthew Richard Chickering, 39, of Auburn, driving to endanger, 14 days in Knox County Jail, license suspended 30 days, $400 fine; unlawful furnishing of scheduled drug, dismissed.

Jeffrey H. Dorr Jr., 32, of Owls Head, reckless conduct, dismissed, aggravated assault, dismissed, driving to endanger, dismissed, violating condition of release, dismissed.

Andy Edgecomb, 27, of Union, reckless conduct, $100 fine, seven days in jail.

Hilary A. Fairfield, 27, of St. George, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, 45 days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

Geoffrey C. Fournier, 29, of Spruce Head, two counts of assault, $300 fine, 30 days in jail; assault, $300 fine, 90 days in prison.

Frank J. Maddocks, 41, of Aplleton, burglary, six months in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

Zechariah T. Meibaum, 21, of Washington, criminal trespass, 30 days in jail; two counts of unlawful furnishing of scheduled drug, $400 fine, 30 days in jail.

Earl E. Moore III, 42, of Augusta, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, dismissed; trafficking in prison contraband, seven months in prison; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, dismissed, trafficking in prison contraband, seven months in prison; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, dismissed; trafficking in prison contraband, dismissed.

Benjamin Rankin, 24, of Camden, endangering the welfare of a child, dismissed; eluding an officer, one year in prison; fail to give correct name, address or date of birth, six months in jail;driving to endanger, dismissed; aggravated operating after habitual offender revocation, priors, $1,000 fine, one year in prison; criminal trespass, dismissed; burglary, two years in prison, three years probation; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, six months in jail.

Stephen Rhoades, 66, of Rockport, reckless conduct,120 days in prison, probation one year; operating under the influence, $2000 fine, 90 days in jail, license suspended 90 days.

Philip W. Schultz, 50, of Union, protective order from harassment violation, seven days in jail; protective order from harassment violation, dismissed.

Christopher N. Snow, 23, of Thomaston, criminal mischief, 250 days in jail, $5,000 restitution.

Richard A. Stahursky, two counts of trafficking in prison contraband, three years in prison.

Duoglas A. Wade, 41, of Searsmont, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, probation violation,three years and seven months in prison, probation revoked.
