Rockland — The following cases were closed between Nov. 26 and Nov. 30 in Knox County Superior Court:

Jennica R. Benner, 26, of Thomaston, two counts of unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, 180 days in Knox County Jail with all but 14 days suspended, probation for one year on one count. The other count was dismissed.

Arlene A. Condon, 36, of Washington, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, 10 months in prison, probation partially revoked, and probation continued; one count of burglary, 10 months in prison, restitution $4,250; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 10 months in prison, restitution, $4,250.

Albert L. Fogg Jr., 28, of Rockland, reckless conduct, two years in prison, with all but 75 days suspended, probation two years; criminal mischief, 75 days in jail; domestic violence reckless conduct, dismissed.

Felichia Glidden, 19, of Washington, aggravated criminal mischief, six months in jail, restitution, $165; assault, six months in jail.

Jared Hansen, 34, of Brunswick, probation violation for a previous burglary conviction, six months in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

Tamara K. Lawrence, 46, of Lagrange, negotiating a worthless instrument, $500 fine.

Michelle M. Leonard, 45, of Rockland, domestic violence assault, 60 days in jail, all  suspended, probation one year.

James C. Miller, 56, of Vinalhaven, assault, $300 fine.

Dylan J. Perkins, 20, of Skowhegan, operating while license suspended or revoked, one prior, $500 fine; forgery, six months in jail.

Tyler J. Philbrook, 34, of Vinalhaven, criminal threatening, five months in jail, probation partially revoked or continued.

Thomas L. Shorey Jr., 34, of Portland, unlawful possession of synthetic hallucinogenics, priors, dismissed.

Joshua Simmons, 27, of Rockport, assault, eight months in jail, probation partially continued or revoked; operating under the influence, $500 fine, seven days in jail, license suspended 90 days; unlawful possession of Hydrocodone, $400 fine, 90 days in jail.

Jeffrey Thorndike, 53, of Northport, operating a vehicle without a license, 30 days in jail; operating under the influence, more than three priors, $2,100 fine, two years  in jail, with all but nine months suspended, probation three years, license suspended for six years.
