Rockland — The following cases were closed in Knox County Superior Court Sept. 28 to Oct. 5:
Robert Armstead, 55, of Rockland, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine; aggravated trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine, 10 months in jail; assault, five months in jail.
James R. Baum, 51, of St. George, negotiating a worthless instrument, seven days in jail.
Eleanor J. Brugger, 27, of Camden, unlawful trafficking in synthetic hallucinogenic drug, $400 fine, nine months in jail.
Steven Clarke, 48, of Owls Head, assault, nine months and one day in jail; criminal threatening, dismissed; driving to endanger, $575 fine, six months in jail, license suspended, 30 days; violating condition of release, six months in jail; terrorizing, nine months and one day in jail; reckless conduct, dismissed.
Joseph L. Davis, 43, of Waldoboro, probation violation for a previous conviction of failing to pay tax or file return, probation partially revoked, no sentence imposed.
Darrell W. Degreenia, 48, of Union, probation violation for previous conviction of three counts of cruelty to animals, six months in jail; probation violation for previous conviction of two counts of arson, six months in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.
Jeremy J. Eaton, 36, of Stonington, aggravated assault, one-year in prison, probation revoked.
Christopher M. Gamage, 26, of Auburn, probation violation for a previous conviction of theft by receiving stolen property, 364 days in jail, all but six months suspended, one-year probation, restitution $1,460.
Kristie Marie Hall, 23, of Wells, two counts of stealing drugs, dismissed; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 20 days in jail.
Thomas Hoffman Jr., 21, of Washington, probation violation for a previous conviction of criminal mischief, seven days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.
Paul Mahonen Jr., 35, of South Thomaston, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, dismissed; unlawful possession of oxycodone, $400 fine, 100 days in jail.
David W. Meierdirk, 33, of Orrington, violating condition of release and possession of oxycodone, both dismissed.
Jared J. Small, 35, of Norridgewock, operating motor vehicle after habitual offender revocation, one prior, $1,000 fine, three years in jail with all but nine months suspended, two-years probation.
Anthony N. Vitale, 43, of West Rockport, trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine, three years in jail with all but 90 days suspended, two-years probation, restitution, $15.
