Rockland — The following cases were closed in Knox County Superior Court June 23-27:

Melanie Allen, 39, of Warren, two counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, two counts of forgery, five years in Knox County Jail with all but nine months suspended, probation three years, $77,671 in restitution.

Tiffany Batty, 32, of Rockland, probation violation for a previous burglary conviction, five months in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

Danielle Beardsely, 27, of Union, probation violation for a previous unlawful possession of scheduled drug conviction, $400 fine, 364 days in jail, all suspended, probation one year.

Ralph G. Buck, 36, Maine State Prison, arson, three years in prison, arson, dismissed.

Tasha Campbell, 22, of Waldoboro, misuse of identification, dismissed.

Casey D. Collins, 30, of Rockland, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, dismissed; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, six months in jail, $286 restitution.

Marty L. Hewlett, 48, of Appleton, violating condition of release, 90 days in jail; tampering with witness, informant, juror or victim, nine months in jail.

Nickolas E. King, 24, of Union, probation violation for a previous burglary conviction, 18 months in jail, probation revoked.

John R. Larrabee, 35, of Belfast, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine; trafficking in prison contraband, $550 fine.

Stephen D. Martin, 26, of Friendship, disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $250 fine.

Katie Lynn Matthews, 27, of Rockland, aggravated furnishing of scheduled drugs, dismissed; unlawful furnishing of scheduled drug, dismissed; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, two years in jail, all suspended, probation two years, $120 restitution.

Billy W. Pritchard, 49, of Portland, probation violation for two previous domestic violence terrorizing with priors convictions, 18 months in prison, probation partially revoked.

Robert A. Rein, 55, of Rockland, fail to comply with Sex Offender Registry Act, second offense, 60 days in jail.

Casey L. Waterman, 26, of Rehoboth, Mass., negotiate a worthless instrument, 20 days in jail.
