Rockland — The following cases were closed in Knox County Superior Court March 24-28:

Amy W. Atwood, 43, of Owls Head, unlawful possession of synthetic hallucinogenics, priors, two years in Knox County Jail, with all but 30 days suspended, probation two years; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, seven days in jail; operating after habitual offender revocation, $500 fine, 30 days in jail; failing to notify of motor vehicle accident, seven days in jail.

Casey Collins, 29, of Warren, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, 21 months in prison, probation revoked; forgery, 30 months in prison; theft by deception, priors, 30 days in jail, $900 restitution; violating condition of release, six months in jail; violating condition of release, six months in jail; forgery, 30 months in prison; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 30 months in prison, $3,200 restitution.

Christopher Curtis, 54, of St. George, cultivating marijuana, $400 fine; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, dismissed.

Sheldon W. Curtis, 27, of Rockport, operate after habitual offender revocation, prior, $1,000 fine; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, six months in jail; unlawful possession scheduled drug, dismissed; operate vehicle without license, 90 days in jail.

John Daniels, 35, of Rockland, burglary, 48 hours in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

Joshua W. Ellis, 29, of Waldoboro, two counts of burglary, probation violation, four years in prison, probation revoked.

Amy Grant, 32, of Owls Head, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors,

Brandon I. Gushee, 27, of Warren, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, probation violation, seven months in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

Christie Hews, 37, of Port Clyde, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, 90 days in jail, probation one year.

Mathiew D. Loisel, 27, of Augusta, two counts of assault on an officer, dismissed.

Terry S. Perry, 40, of South Thomaston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, nine months in jail, $506 restitution; operate after habitual offender revocation, two prior, $1,000 fine, 54 months in prison with all but 30 months suspended.

Timothy S. Simmons, 50, of Waldoboro, night hunting, $1,000 fine, three days in jail; illegal possession of firearm, 30 days in jail; buy, sell or offer for sale a deer, $1,000 fine, ten days in jail.

Jason S. Simpson, 46, of Rockland, eight counts of gross sexual assault, all probation violations.

Damion Taylor, 38, of Rockport, criminal  mischief, $250 fine; criminal threatening with dangerous weapon, dismissed.

John R. Taylor, 21, of Bucksport, two years in prison.

Jason R. Walsh, 31, of Thomaston, assault, 14 months in prison, probation partially revoked; disorderly conduct, offensive words and gestures, 90 days in jail; unlawful possession of oxycodone. $400 fine, six months of jail; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, dismissed.

Aaron J. Witt, 30, of Rockland, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine, four years in jail with all but 60 days suspended, probation two years.

There goes Aaron Witt..... dealing those damn scheduled "rugs" again.
