Rockland — The following cases were closed in Knox County Superior Court Feb. 23-28:

Ryan Ames, 25, of Waldoboro, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, two years in Knox County Jail with all but 10 days suspended, probation two years, $120 restitution.

Vaughn S. Clark, 32, of Warren, refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force, six months in the Department of Corrections, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, 33 months in jail; burglary, dismissed.

Steven Dunn, 60, of Rockport, two counts of aggravated furnishing of drugs, dismissed.

Jennifer Fetteroli, 37, of Warren, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine, three year in jail with all but 45 days suspended, probation two years, $645 restitution; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, dismissed.

John L. Hoeltzel III, 48, of Rockland, violating condition of release, 60 days in jail; unlawful possession of hydrocodone, $400 fine, 60 days in jail.

Andrew Kierstead, 41, of Tenants Harbor, murder, 45 years in prison, $3,107 restitution.

Rachel M. Poore, 45, of Belfast, trafficking in prison contraband, nine months in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

Christopher A. Robbins, 27, of Warren, operate after habitual offender revocation, prior, $1,000 fine, six months in jail.

Nathan Spearin, 29, of St. George, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, dismissed; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine.
