The following cases were closed in Knox County Superior Court Jan. 27-31:

Arthur M. Andrews, 28, of Camden, eluding an officer, six months in Knox County Jail; aggravated operating after habitual offender revocation, priors, $1,000 fine, three years in prison with all but one year suspended, probation two years; operating under the influence, no test, one prior, $900 fine, 30 days in jail, license suspended three years.

Felicity H. Butler, 35, of Rockland, probation violation for a previous kidnapping conviction, four months in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

Christopher M. Donohoe, 28, of Hope, probation violation for a previous unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs conviction, 10 months in prison, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

Michelle R. Etheridge, 30, of Round Pond, unlawful trafficking in drugs, dismissed; unlawful trafficking in drugs, $400 fine, three years in prison with all but five months suspended, probation two years, $2,273 restitution; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors five months in jail, $1,583 restitution.

Erik Gangaram, 32, of New York, N.Y., violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail.

Felicity Hall, 35, of Rockland, unlawful furnishing synthetic hallucinogenic drugs, four months in jail.

Hillary Hannan, 26, of Providence, R.I., unlawful possession of scheduled drugs, $400 fine, six months in jail all suspended, probation one year, $120 restitution; unlawful possession of oxycodone, dismissed.

Jamie Luce, 30, of Waldoboro, criminal threatening and terrorizing, three months in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

Shannon E. Merrill, 43, of Washington, aggravated assault, dismissed.

Paul A. Milardo, 43, of Cushing, assault, $300 fine, 364 days in prison; stealing drugs, $400 fine, four years in prison; robbery, 10 years in prison, probation four years, $4,700 restitution, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, four years in prison.

Ronald E. Pinkham, 64, of Lincolnville, failing to collect tax, and theft by misapplication of property, 180 days in jail, all suspended, probation one year, $98,417 restitution.

Kasie L. Flower Robbins, 26, of Vinalhaven, probation violation for a previous unlawful possession of scheduled drug conviction, 75 days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

Robie Rogers, 28, of Camden, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 90 days in jail; unlawful possession of oxycodone, $400 fine, two years in prison with all but 90 days suspended, probation two years; misuse of identification, 90 days in jail; burglary of a motor vehicle, two years in prison with all but 90 days suspended; forgery, 90 days in jail; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 90 days in jail.

Ashly Sawyer, 27, of Warren, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, 60 days in jail; falsifying private records, dismissed; criminal attempt, $400 fine, 60 days in jail, $25 restitution; two counts of stealing drugs, $400 fine, three years in jail with all but 90 days suspended, probation two years.

Scott L. Schultz, 48, of Thomaston, probation violation for a previous theft by unauthorized taking or transfer conviction, 29 months in prison, probation partially revoked; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine, 30 months in prison, $615 restitution.

Jason K. Smith, 27, of Rockland, burglary of a motor vehicle, six months in jail; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, three year in jail with all but nine months suspended, probation two years, $1,436 restitution.

Troy J. Woodman, 31, of Warren, operate after habitual offender revocation, three prior, $1,000 fine, two years in prison; forgery, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, four months in jail; violating condition of release, 30 days in jail.
