Rockland — The following cases were closed in Knox County Superior Court Nov. 4-8:

Stefan A. Blacart, 43, of Jersey City, N.J., operating under the influence, one prior, $1,000 fine, 364 days in Knox County Jail with all but 30 days suspended, probation one year, license suspended three years; operate vehicle without a license, 30 days in jail.

Jeffrey P. Callahan, 21, of Warren, domestic violence criminal threatening, nine months and one day in prison; domestic violence assault, six months in jail; criminal mischief, six months in jail, $100 restitution; domestic violence criminal threatening, two years in prison, all but nine months and one day suspended, probation two years; violating condition of release, six months in jail.

Carroll E. Cooper, 52, of Monmouth, fail to comply with sex offender registry act, first offense, $100 fine, 14 days in jail.

Jacob A. Crawford, 30, of Rockport, operate after habitual offender revocation, three prior, $1,000 fine, nine months and one day in prison.

Jeremy Dennison, 27, of Rockland, assault, $300 fine, 30 days in jail; domestic violence assault, 364 days in jail, all but 30 days suspended, probation one year, $500 restitution; assault, $300 fine, 30 days in jail.

Danielle A. Maxcy, 40, of Rockland, domestic violence assault, priors, dismissed.

Heidi M. Moores, 29, of Rockland, theft by receiving stolen property, 14 days in jail, $1,500 restitution; hindering apprehension or prosecution, 14 days in jail; unsworn falsification, dismissed; theft by receiving stolen property, dismissed.

Eric Price, 35, of Waterville, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, three years in jail all but nine months suspended, probation two years, $6,137 restitution; theft by receiving stolen property, priors, dismissed.

Barry Reed, 32, of Friendship, furnish liquor to a minor, $500 fine, three months in jail; gross sexual assault, dismissed; sexual abuse of a minor, five years with all but nine months suspended, probation two years.

Kendall J. Ross, 29, of Owls Head, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, probation violation, five days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.
