Rockland — The following cases were closed in Knox County Superior Court from Aug. 2 through Aug. 6.

Cylie J. Belcher, 19, of Rockland, unlawful furnishing of drugs, dismissed.

Dwight Benner, 54, of Waldoboro, unlawful possession of drugs, 180 days in jail with all but 30 days suspended, one year of probation, $400 fine; unlawful possession of drugs, seven days in jail, $400 fine; criminal trespass, seven days in jail; theft, dismissed.

Thayne C. Charters, 55, of Stetson, trafficking in prison contraband, 30 days in jail.

Dean M. Feltis, 43, of Warren, unlawful trafficking in drugs on Jan. 29 in Warren, three years in jail with all but 45 days suspended, two years of probation, $400 fine, $200 restitution; criminal forfeiture of property, guilty; unlawful possession of oxycodone, 30 days in jail, $400 fine; three counts of unlawful possession of drugs, dismissed; violating condition of release, seven days in jail.

Daniel J. Gifford, 21, of Union, unlawful possession of oxycodone, 30 months in jail with all but 60 days suspended, two years of probation, $400 fine; violating condition of release, 14 days in jail; unlawful possession of hydrocodone, 60 days in jail, $400 fine; unlawful trafficking in drugs, dismissed.

Mark L. Harding, 36, of Warren, unlawful trafficking in drugs on March 14, 2009, in Rockland, $750 fine.

Sean C. Higgins, 28, of Warren, unlawful possession of drugs, 30 days in jail, $400 fine; trafficking in prison contraband, dismissed.

Shelley Landers, 40, of Warren, unlawful trafficking in drugs on Jan. 11 in Warren, three years in jail with all but 45 days suspended, two years of probation, $400 fine, $330 restitution; two other counts of unlawful trafficking in drugs were dismissed.

Troy E. Weaver, 29, of Warren, attaching false plates, 48 hours in jail; operating after habitual offender revocation, four months in jail, $1,000 fine.

Jason Whalen, 32, of Warren, two counts of aggravated criminal mischief on July 21, 2009, in Warren, two years in jail with all but six months suspended, two years of probation, $1,000 restitution; criminal trespass, 90 days in jail; criminal trespass, 90 days in jail.
