The Knox County Sheriff's Office responded to 243 calls for service June 9-15.

An arrest or summons does not constitute a finding of guilt. An individual charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at criminal proceedings.

Deputy Paul Pinkham began an investigation of theft in Cushing. The suspect in this case was located and issued a summons for same.

Deputy John Hansen responded to a report of an adult male making threats to harm himself in Warren. The subject was located and transported to Pen Bay Medical Center for an evaluation.

Hansen began an investigation of threatening in Union. Probable charges are pending.

Deputy Matt Elwell conducted a radar detail in Washington. One warning and one summons were issued for inspection violations.

Elwell conducted a radar detail in Union. Three warnings for speed were issued.

Deputy Robert Potter responded to a report of a domestic on Vinalhaven. Upon arrival and after speaking to the subjects involved, this was deemed a verbal argument only and the parties were separated.

Deputy Paul Spear arrested Terri Ingraham, 34, of Union on an outstanding arrest warrant.

Spear began an investigation of harassment in St. George. The suspect in this case will be issued an order once located.

Potter began an investigation of theft on Vinalhaven. This is still an active investigation with no suspects or leads at this time.

Subsequent to a traffic stop in South Thomaston, Spear issued a summons for expired insurance.

Deputies Dave Johnson and Sgt. John Palmer responded to a report of a motor vehicle crash in Friendship involving a single vehicle being operated too fast for current road conditions. Reportable damage sustained. Subsequent to this response, Matthew Shay, 36, of Waldoboro was arrested for operating under the influence and operating after revocation.

Spear responded to a report of a motor vehicle crash in St. George involving a single vehicle. Upon arrival, it was found that the occupants of the vehicle had fled the scene. This is still an active investigation.

Spear and Palmer responded to a report of a domestic in Owls Head. Upon arrival and after speaking to the subjects involved, this was deemed a verbal argument only.

Spear responded to a report of a motor vehicle accident in St. George involving a single vehicle. The operator was transported to PBMC via St. George Ambulance for injuries sustained. Reportable damage.

Sgt. James Moore began an investigation of trespassing in Owls Head. The male suspect was located and issued a warning.

Deputies Lance Mitchell and Sgt. Moore responded to a request for a well-being check on an adult female in Warren. The female was located and transported to Miles Memorial Hospital for an evaluation.

Subsequent to a traffic stop in Rockland, Sprague issued a summons for operating unregistered motor vehicle.

Potter began an investigation of theft on Vinlahaven. This is still an active investigation with no suspects or leads at this time.

Pinkham responded to a report of a motor vehicle crash in Warren involving a single vehicle. Reportable damage sustained.

Sprague began an investigation of threatening in Warren. This is still an active investigation with probable charges pending.

Johnson began an investigation of theft in Washington. This is still an active investigation with no suspects or leads at this time.

Johnson began an investigation of harassment in Washington. All parties involved were issued written orders.

Mitchell arrested Zachary Titus, 28, of Warren on an outstanding arrest warrant.

Potter began an investigation of burglary on Vinalhaven. This is still an active investigation.

Hansen and Palmer conducted a county-wide underage drinking detail. No violations were noted.

Deputies Paul Simonetti, Mitchell and Hansen responded to a report of a motor vehicle crash in St. George. Upon arrival, it was found that the occupants of the vehicle had fled the scene. The driver, Austin Gardner, 25, of Rockport was later located and arrested on charges of driving to endanger, operating after suspension and failing to report accident.

Mitchell arrested Cruz Richards, 24, of Warren on a charge of OUI.

Pinkham began an investigation of theft in Friendship. This is still an active investigation with no suspects or leads at this time.

Pinkham arrested Jeremy Peterson, 23, of Waldoboro on an outstanding arrest warrant.

Spear and Palmer responded to a report of a domestic in Warren. Upon arrival and after speaking to the subjects involved, this was deemed a verbal argument only and the parties separated for the evening.

Spear and Palmer responded to a report of a domestic in Appleton. Subsequent to this response, Danielle Millay, 36, of Appleton was arrested on charges of domestic violence assault and disorderly conduct.

Subsequent to a traffic stop in St. George, Mitchell arrested Raymond Upham, 47, of St. George on a charge of OUI.
