The Knox County Democratic Committee promotes the ideals and principles of the Democratic Party and provides leadership to and coordination with municipal committees and the Maine Democratic Party.

We are an all volunteer non-profit organization. Fundraising is a necessary and important part of our activity.

We work all year, every year for the election of Democratic candidates at the federal, state and local levels.  However during an election, we kick into high gear.  We have a headquarters at Harbor Plaza 235 Camden Street (Route 1) in Rockland.

Current office hours:    Monday-Friday:    9 a.m. - 6 p.m.

Saturday:      9 a.m. - 3 p.m.

The office will be closed on Sunday.

We would love to have you volunteer, whether it be making phone calls, working on mailings or helping with fundraising.  If you would like to find out more about volunteering, please call headquarters at 594-3901 or call 594-9263.
