Rockland — The following cases were closed from Sept. 26 to Sept. 30 in Knox County Unified Court:

Philip J. Pelletier, 34, Wells, burglary of a motor vehicle, dismissed; criminal mischief, dismissed.

Derek M. Bragg, 28, Waldoboro, assault on an emergency medical care provider, dismissed; assault, $300 fine, 364 days in jail, all but 37 days suspended, stayed until Oct. 8, one year probation; assault, $300 fine; violating condition of release, seven days in jail.

Jazman Nash, 27, Belfast, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, five days in jail; violating condition of release, five days in jail.

John P. Smith, 34, Gardiner, stealing drugs, dismissed.

Paul Legasse, 36, Rockland, operating under the influence (alcohol), one prior, $700 fine, 45 days in jail, license suspended three years; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 45 days in jail; violating condition of release, 45 days in jail.

Santana M. Rytky, 20, Cushing, two charges of assault, dismissed.

Alan Bragg, 32, Warren, aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs, dismissed; unlawful furnishing of scheduled drug, $400 fine, one year in prison, stayed until Jan. 13, 2017.

Carl B. Gross, 30, Vinalhaven, non-owner operation of a vessel, $250 fine.

Elijah C. Burnham, 27, Owls Head, operating under the influence (alcohol), $500 fine.

Melanie Roy, 42, Searsmont, operating under the influence (alcohol), one prior, $700 fine, 180 days in jail, all but 10 days suspended, stayed until Oct. 28, one year probation, license suspended three years.

Joseph P. Robles, 23, Rockland, domestic violence assault, 180 days in jail, all but seven days suspended, stayed until Oct. 14, one year probation; violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail, stayed until Oct. 15; violating condition of release, dismissed; possession of marijuana, up to 1.25 ounces, $350 fine; use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.

Jeremy Johnson, 44, Friendship, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $500 fine.

Joseph Kuhn, 61, Rockport, operating under the influence (alcohol), dismissed; driving to endanger, $575 fine, license suspended 30 days.

Erik J. Moody, 25, Union, operating under the influence (alcohol), $1,000 fine, license suspended 150 days; driving to endanger, dismissed.

Jonathan R. Dodge, 32, Union, burning without permit, $100 fine.

Heath A. Yeaton, 38, Cushing, engaging in activities while suspended, $500 fine, seven days in jail, stayed until Jan. 5, 2017; violating condition of release, seven days in jail, stayed until Jan. 5, 2017.

Samuel A. Beverage, 31, North Haven, burning without permit, $100 fine; kindling fire without permission, $100 fine.

Lynn Fuschino, 64, Searsmont, operating under the influence (alcohol), one prior, $700 fine, 30 days in jail, stayed until Nov. 29, license suspended three years, registration suspended; operating after license suspension, dismissed; operating vehicle without a license, 30 days in jail, stayed until Nov. 29.

Heidi L. Archer, 39, Augusta, terrorizing, $250 fine; terrorizing, $500 fine.

Ronald Robishaw, 53, Thomaston, operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine; possessing suspended driver’s license, dismissed.

Stephen E. Boyle, 45, Northport, operating after habitual offender revocation, $500 fine, 30 days in jail, stayed until Dec. 1.

Amber L. Dinsmore, 31, Rockland, operating vehicle without a license, $150 fine.

Nathan S. McLellan, 32, Thomaston, two charges of possessing softshell clams less than 2 inch 10-20 percent, $100 fine each.

Robert S. McLellan, 59, Thomaston, possessing softshell clams less than 2 inch 10-20 percent, $100 fine.

Austin Vaillancourt, 21, Rockland, operating under the influence (alcohol), $500 fine, 72 hours in jail, stayed until Oct. 28., license suspended 150 days.

Christina Rackliff, 34, Rockland, disorderly conduct, loud unreasonable noise, $400 fine.

Dayton N. Bragg, 26, Appleton, failing to notify of motor vehicle accident, $250 fine.

Dustin Kimball, 31, Warren, operating under the influence (alcohol), $500 fine, 72 hours in jail, stayed until Oct. 28, license suspended 150 days.

Emma K. Provost, 18, Middleton, Md., minor consuming liquor, $250 fine.

Denny W. Davis, 70, Spruce Head, allowing minor to operate ATV in violation, $100 fine.

Nicholas Adkins, 26, Warren, possession of marijuana, up to 1.25 ounces, $350 fine.

Christian T. Wall, 19, Rockland, minor purchasing liquor, $200 fine.

Brian P. Sutherland, 33, Newcastle, noncommercial lobster and crab-fishing without a license, $180 fine.

Thomas E. Sawyer, 18, Rockland, minor purchasing liquor, $300 fine.

Mackenzie R. Tucker, 22, Thomaston, use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.

Mark E. Nevells, 38, Deer Isle, untagged lobster traps, chapter 25, $1,050 fine.

Craig A. Luce Jr., 20, Warren, possession of marijuana, up to 1.25 ounces, $500 fine.
