Knox County closed court cases

Rockland — The following cases were completed in Knox County Unified Court from May 8 through 12.

Wesley Shane Williams, 26, Cushing, domestic violence assault on Nov. 4, 2016, in Cushing, six months in jail; violating condition of release and criminal mischief on April 2 in Cushing, five months in jail.

Sheldon W. Curtis, 31, of Rockport, 30 days in jail for theft of services on April 1 from Seven Mountains Motel in Rockport. He was also ordered to pay $1,389 in restitution.

Brandon E. Kavanagh, 31, Warren, two counts of trafficking in drugs and one count of unlawful furnishing of drugs on Jan. 25 in Warren, all dismissed.

Michael Gordon, 42, of Shrewsbury, Mass., acquitted on an OUI charge.

Katlyn M. Graciale, 30, Haverhill, Mass., possession of drugs on Feb. 20, 2015, $600 fine; criminal conspiracy, dismissed.

Jolene A. Stanwood, 36, Winter Harbor, operating under the influence, 48 hours in jail, 150-day license suspension, $500 fine; OUI, dismissed.

Ronald A. Frontin, 54, South Thomaston, driving to endanger, 30-day license suspension, $575 fine; OUI, dismissed.

Samuel A, Richman, 36, Lincolnville, driving to endanger, 30-day license suspension, $575 fine; OUI, dismissed.

Chad Nickerson, 38, Swanville, theft on July 26 in Tenants Harbor, $250 fine.

Michael P. Francis, 31, Calais, operating while license suspended, $500 fine; operating without a license, $250; possession of marijuana, dismissed.

Joseph Solomon II, 40, Waldoboro, OUI, $500 fine.

Matthew J. Leigh, 20, Washington, attaching false plates, $350 fine.

Jacob A. Pascal, 21, Union, criminal mischief on Nov. 11 in Appleton, $250 fine.

Eric S. Benner, 36, Rockland, two counts of possession of drugs on Dec. 24 in Rockland, $800 fines.

Nickole L. Gamage, 35, Owls Head, OUI, 48 hours in jail, 150-day license suspension, $800 fine.

Victoria Porter, 52, Rockland, misuse of emergency 9-1-1 system, $250 fine.

Suzanne M. Gardner, 51, Rockland, theft on Jan. 22 in Thomaston, 30 days in jail, restitution of $4.73.

Danielle Tia Rolerson, 30, Thomaston, theft on Dec. 10 in Thomaston, $250 fine.

Michael Ausplund, 38, Tenants Harbor, speeding more than 30 miles per hour over the limit on Dec. 6 in St. George, $500 fine; operating while license suspended, $250 fine; operating while registration suspended, dismissed.

Alyssa D. Carey, 25, Rockland, operating while license suspended, seven days in jail, one year license suspension, $600 fine.

Gunnar Hilt, 19, Hope, operating vehicle without license or beyond restrictions, $300 fine; minor possessing liquor, dismissed.

Sarah Hood, 39, Cushing, operating while license suspended, dismissed.

Tiffany R. Scavetta, 23, Rockland, disorderly conduct on Jan. 29 in Rockland, dismissed; domestic violence assault, dismissed; obstructing the report of a crime, dismissed.

Brenden Lash, 19, Friendship, operating while license suspended, $250 fine.

Caleb Leland, 19, Warren, failing to stop for an officer on Dec. 23 in Warren, $500 fine; attaching false plates, operating while license suspended.

Jonathan Jones, 42, Warren, theft on Jan. 16 in Warren, $250 fine.

Asher A. Woodworth, 31, Portland, violating condition of release, $250; attaching false plates, $150.

Sam M. Turner, 35, Rockport, OUI, 150-day license suspension, $500 fine.

Robert Benner, 54, Camden, criminal trespass on March 10 in Rockland, $250 fine.

Leif McClellan, 34, Lincolnville, OUI, seven days in jail, 150-day license suspension, $500 fine.

Ashley Souza, 26, Newcastle, attaching false plates, $150.

Shari Thompson, 47, Warren, operating while license suspended, $750 fine; operating without license, $250.

Vernon Thompson, 46, Warren, operating without license, $150.

Andrea R. Guy, 36, Rockland, operating without license, $150.

Dylan Maloney, 22, Cushing, violation of protected resources on March 10 in Cushing, $250 fine.

Tobey P. Young, 39, Tenants Harbor, violation of protected resources on March 18 in Tenants Harbor, $250.

Samuel Lash, 30, Friendship, violation of protected resources on Feb. 22 in Friendship, $250.

Rodney Genthner II, 32, Friendship, lobster fishing without a license on Feb. 21 in Friendship, $500 fine.
