Kiwanis hosts New England & Bermuda District Kiwanis Lt Governor Kim Michaud
The Kiwanis Club of Rockland hosted New England & Bermuda District
Kiwanis Lieutenant Governor Kim Michaud at their weekly meeting on
November 19. Michaud, a member of the Kiwanis Club of Augusta,
represents the district's 4th division, which includes clubs in Madison,
Pittsfield, Waterville, and Waldo County, as well as Augusta and
Rockland. Kiwanis is a global organization of volunteers dedicated to
changing the world one child and one community at a time. The New
England & Bermuda District is one of 49 Kiwanis districts in more than
80 countries. The district is made up of 26 divisions throughout the 6
New England states and the island country of Bermuda. While local
clubs, divisions and districts have their own local charities and
community service initiatives, the major worldwide service project of
Kiwanis International is the ELIMINATE Program: an effort to eliminate
