Artists call for Poetry Month
Rockland — A juried exhibition of local artists’ work has been added to the celebration of Poetry Month Rockland. This year, the theme is landscape, and varied interpretation is welcome.
The work will be displayed in Rockland Public Library during the month of April. Display space is limited — two-dimensional works no larger than 12-by-12 inches and three-dimensional works no larger than 20 inches high.
First-time submissions are encouraged. Artists are asked to send digital image(s) before Monday, March 25, listing size, medium and contact information, to firstname.lastname@example.org. Any questions may be directed to the same address.
Drop-off dates will be Friday and Saturday, March 29 and 30. The exhibition will open with a 5 to 7 p.m. public reception Monday, April 1.
