Lisa and Justin Frazell, of Bangor, proudly announce the birth of their son, Jude Kelley Frazell,on July 4 at 8:29 a.m. at Eastern Maine Medical Center.

Jude weighed 7 pounds, 8 ounces, and was 21 inches long.

He is joyfully welcomed by big sister Alyx Frazell, grandparents Kim Fletcher and Geary Smith of Rockland; Steven and Lorna Fletcher of Manchester, N.H.; Anne and Robert Carey of Levant; and Daniel and Karen Frazell of Orrington.
