ROCKLAND — James R. Kenney, 77, died surrounded by his family at his home Sunday, June 10, 2012, after a long illness.

Born in Rockland on July 6, 1934, he was the son of Eben W. “Bose” and Phyllis Robinson Kenney. He was educated in local schools.
