Incumbents seek reelection in FriendshipJan. 31 filing deadline
The deadline to file nomination papers for two open positions in Friendship is Friday, Jan. 31 for the upcoming elections in March.
According to Town Clerk Joel Fearn, two incumbents have turned in their papers. Arthur "Bubba" Thompson Jr. is seeking reelection to a one three-year term on the Board of Selectmen
Also Pamela Cabanas is seeking reelection as assessor for another three-year term.
Elections will be held by secret ballot Monday, March 17 and the annual town meeting will be held March 18.
