Hope Community Calendar Info

We need volunteers to be route takers for the Hope Community Birthday Calendar. This is a big fundraiser for our school. Not only do we need more volunteers to help with routes but also need someone who would be willing to organize the advertising. If you would like to volunteer or hear more about what it entails please contact Bethany Fields at: befields4@gmail.com or 542-4327. Thank You!

Summer Activities Fair – Camden Rockport Middle School

The annual Summer Activities Fair is scheduled for April 4 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. and promises to be an excellent opportunity for parents and children alike to explore a large variety of wonderful Midcoast summer camps and programs for 2013! Don’t miss the free children’s raffle with a variety of items donated from our many great exhibitors, and this year we are excited to announce that a free camp week (winner’s choice with a value up to $200) will be raffled off to one lucky winner!

Jump Rope for Heart

Jump Rope for Heart is back again this year and will be taking place the week before April vacation (which is when the money will be due), in your child's Physical Education class. Students are asked to raise money for the American Heart Association and will be jumping rope, using hula-hoops, and many other jumping activities during their class! Students will also have a chance to shoot baskets during this same time to go along with a Hoops For Heart program. It would be wonderful if families can help their child raise funds. If the school raises enough money, then the AHA will send the school a gift certificate for more Phys Ed equipment! Thank you very much for the support! Students DO NOT need to return the permission slip, as our event will take place during students Physical Education class.
