Due to a problem in my neck, I have been told I will never drive again (I checked with four different doctors). When you hear your phone ringing and see it is me, be prepared, I am looking for a ride to all of these events! Yes, I do have two sons, but they are either at work or working on the farm and William no longer drives.

The class’s next lunch will be Oct. 10 at the Offshore restaurant at noon.
Storm on 9/11
In the path of the storm there were many trees downed. Firemen cut up many of these trees and pushed some of them out of roads to make them passable. The wind blew more than 62 mph in places in Hope, where as in some places it barely blew at all. Power was out for several hours. At the top of Buzzell Hill that large pine tree came down, taking with it the light lines, the cable lines, the phone lines and even a generator. We hope not to see another storm of this intensity any time soon.
